Maitland Smith (American, 1979-), late 20th century. Set of six mahogany Chippendale-style fiddle back dining chairs, 2-arm and 8-side, with serpentine crest rails with central shell finials and feathered ears, with pierced splats, squared upholstered seats, carved acanthus knees, and cabriole legs terminating in claw and ball feet. Some with manufacturer's label. Approximate height 41", width 26", seat depth 17.5", seat to floor 19".
