Property from the Collection of Sheldon and Carole Sepstead, Grafton, Wisconsin Plaque in good condition without cracks or repairs. Apparently unmarked. Some dirt to front surface of plaque, back very dirty. Examination under UV light did not reveal any condition issues. Outer frame intact with bright gilting. Velvet to frame worn. Inner gilt frame with some darkening.
