after albert carrier-belleuse (1824-1887) depicting King Charles I and Oliver Cromwell, each figure standing on a naturalistic circular base and a stepped marble pedestal. Height of tallest 28 1/2 inches. Property from the Collection of Ian Stacey, Sleepyhollow, Illinois Each in overall good, stable, complete condition. Having a fairly even patina throughout but with some scattered light surface scratching and areas of rubbing. Bases are marble veneered, not solid marble. Appear to be early 20th century, likely French castings. Additional images available upon request.
