Two Paper Cut-work Love Tokens, early 19th century, a Scherenschnitte, having a central medallion initialed "SFMF" with heralding cherubs and shining sun above, arrangements of flowers and birds sitting on an elaborate fence, flanked by leafy trees, white paper on shiny black ground; a white paper circle folded and cut with a scalloped edge, woven colored paper hearts containing ringlets of hair identified as Lorinda Cheney and each of her seven children, framed, (staining, breaks at folded edges, not examined out of frames), 10 1/2 x 12 1/4, 10 1/4 x 10 1/4 in. (sight).
