William F. Mitchell (British, 1845-1914) Lot of Three Marine Battle Scenes: Escape of the Belvidera, Little Belt and President, and Chesapeake and Shannon. The third initialed l.r., each identified on the mat. Watercolors on paper/board, sight sizes approximately 5 3/4 x 8 3/4 in., framed (one without glass). Condition: Subtle staining, scattered losses, not examined out of frames.
