Red Toile Printed Cotton Bed Cover, New England, late 18th/early 19th century, a classical print depicting Cupid and several allegorical female figures in scenes of love, hand sewn, pieced and quilted in a diamond pattern, backed with a white homespun fabric, constructed with an extended center panel, two pillow gussets and side drops, having a scalloped border on three sides and white binding, (very minor repair to the backing), center panel, lg. 109 1/2, wd. 52 1/2, side drops lg. 31 1/2 in.
