Attributed to George G. Fish (American, 1822-1906) Portrait of a Boy with his Water Spaniel. Unsigned. Oil on canvas, 25 x 30 in., molded gilt gesso frame. Condition: Lined, retouched, varnish inconsistencies, possibly cut down. N.B. Fish was born in Nantucket and worked in Boston (1849) and New York (1857-80) as a portrait and historical painter.
