Silver Presentation Salver, Robert Jones & John Schofield, London, 1777-78, round form with beaded and pierced foliate and anthemion rim border, raised on four anthemion and scroll decorated feet, later engraved floral and foliate decoration and inscription "This Salver is Presented by MR. COUSINS to MRS. TUCKER, As a token of his Respect and testimony of the high Estimation in which he holds the important Professional services rendered to him on various occasions by her Husband, 1st February 1838," impressed maker's marks on reverse, (light scratches, small base edge separation), dia. 13 3/4 in., approx. 40 troy oz.
