Likely Irish, 19th century. Pair of George II style mahogany wood framed side chairs with pierced back slat with acanthus leaves carved ears and molded styles.. Cream colored fabric upholstery on serpentine shaped seat with nail head tacking accent above acanthus leaf decorated knees on cabriole legs at front terminating on inward scroll and shell decorated feet. Height 37.25", width 24.75", depth 22", seat to floor 18.5".
