Bruno Lucchesi (Italian/American, b. 1926) Weighing Game Birds. Signed "B. LUCCHESI" on figure's left foot. Bronze with brown patina, height 22 in., presented on a low stone plinth. Condition: Surface grime. Provenance: A private New England collection. N.B. This work won the gold medal for sculpture from the National Academy of Design, One-Hundred-Fifty-Second Annual Exhibition, 1977.
