Five Transfer Decorated Pearlware Children's Mugs, England, early 19th century, one polychrome painted "Leap Frog," one with "Elizabeth" with scrolled foliate embellishments, one brown transfer motto "Better be alone than in bad Company," one dark red with a poem for December depicting a child with a dog and cat pulling a cart full of toys, one in blue showing a couple in a boat in a scene with deer, (minor rim chips), ht. 2 3/8, 2 5/8 in.
