Chippendale Carved Tiger Maple Chest on Chest, Rhode Island, 1750-1796, the scrolled molded top with flame carved side finials above the raised paneled faux drawers and six thumb-molded working drawers on the lower case of four similar graduated drawers on a molded base with ogee feet, with some dark mahogany stain, some original brass, (central finial is a later addition, feet repairs, other imperfections), ht. 87, case wd. 38 1/2, dp. 18 7/8 in.
