Hancock, John (1737-1793), Signed letter, June 11th, 1791, one page, as Governor of Massachusetts, to Josiah Bartlett, transmitting an "Act for regulating the fishery in Connecticut River" and requesting that the assembly consider similar measure for the preservation of fish, (very good, light toning to lower edge).
