Large Black Wool Doll from Curacao, probably early 20th century, head has needle-sculpted and embroidered features, hands with separate thumbs, applied cotton ears, braided cotton pigtails, excelsior stuffing, green and white cotton headscarf and apron, yellow and black plaid cotton dress, carries on head a needle-sculpted fish on wooden plank (some overall soiling and fading), ht. 31 in.
