Aristide Berto Cianfarani (fl. early 20th century) Bronze Figure of an American World War I Infantryman, the standing figure resting rifle butt on ground, mold incised signature and date 1922, by Gorham Co. Foundry, ht. 13 in. Note: Cianfarani created many memorial bronzes, including a bust for a fallen Sergeant located in Vicksburg Military Park, West Virginia, and a replica of the terrapin mascot, "Testudo", at the University of Maryland.
