Merriam, Moore & Co., Troy , made up of twelve printed gores and two polar calottes, with Equatorial divided by degrees, Ecliptic by days of the calendar month, Analemma, polar hour rings, and the polar expeditions of Cook and Weddell, in engraved brass meridian full-circle and paper horizon ring, on scrolling cast-iron tripod base, ht. 9 1/2 in., (losses to horizon ring, overall darkening, cracks and abrasions).
