Watercolor Fraktur Birth Certificate, Pennsylvania, dated 1760, executed in red, yellow, blue, and green watercolor on laid paper and inscribed in German calligraphy, indistinct lettering possibly"Phillip Leonhurd" the side panels depicting stylized potted flowers, (repaired creases and losses, toning, fading, stains), 12 1/2 x 13 5/8 in. , in a red and mustard painted wood frame. numerous losses, large and small filled with conservation paper on the reverse and inpainted (not on the original work) mainly to the center portion.
