Chadwick, Manchester, with rack-and-pinion coarse focusing, draw-tube adjustment, fine-screw focusing on the faceted pillar, circular brass stage with mechanical slide-carrier, mechanical substage with condenser and aperture, and plano / concave mirror on swing-arm, on short pillar to Y-foot, ht. 12 1/2 in., (re-lacquered), in fitted mahogany case containing two eyepieces, and two objectives by Reichert and Chadwick in engraved cannisters.
