Pair of 19th Century Victorian period Staffordshire Pottery flatback portrait figural table lamps. Each lamp depicts a Scottish couple sitting upon a simulated clock face decorated with flowers and foliage. One woman wears a cream colored traditional dress with a red and green scarf around her left arm, the other in a blue dress with white floral painted skirt. Both men are modeled as pipers wearing traditional kilt and sporran holding his bagpipes. Each group is mounted on a later painted base and converted into table lamps with cream lobed shaped shades. Height 29" (w/shade), height of figural group 16.5", width 9.4", depth 6.5".
