Nathan Fine Art Gallery affixed to the reverse. Oil on panel, 17 1/2 x 23 1/2 in. (44.5 x 59.7 cm), framed. Condition: Mild scattered retouch, varnish inconsistencies, surface grime. Provenance: Descended within the family. Retouch is a few minor scattered dots and dashes and there are some minor areas of mildly uneven varnish application. The work would benefit from a cleaning; a test spot done l.c., just below seated figure, indicates that the work would brighten significantly after cleaning.
