Sergio Bustamante (Mexican, b. 1942- ). "Sun in Hands", polychromed papier mache, edition 88/100, signed and numbered to side of head. A paper mache sculpture depicting an orange sun with many purple to pink to orange undulating rays to edges, the sun with a human face at center bearing a slight smile on full lips, the sun sculpture surmounting an ovular purple pedestal with two human arms acting as support shaft, the arms with flame decoration. Overall approximately 27.75" tall, 19.5 wide, 8.125" deep.
