Edward Farmer Inkwell Sterling silver and hardstone New York, early to mid-20th century Pyramid shape body in green stone, possibly jade, with hinged cover and orange stone finial, possibly carnelian, silver on lid, base rim and cup insert, marked Edward I Farmer New York Sterling on base, hinge damage, ht. 2 7/8 in. Condition: Hinge should be able to be repaired. One side of hinge is broken, the pin can slide in and still function. See image.
