Exhibitions: Byrdcliffe: An American Arts and Crafts Colony Touring Exhibition, catalog no. 125, Cornell Museum of Art. Note: Halsey Riccardo was a British architect and partner of William De Morgan; he made a watercolor sketch to scale and then proceeded to work on the tiles while they were drying modeling the design, they were then fired, glazed, and re-fired, taking up to five firings to complete.
