Dutch Delft Polychrome Decorated Vase and Cover, Holland, late 18th century, hexagonal shape with bird finial, landscape subject with a traveler, signature similar to that of Pieter Simon Mesch, ht. 12 1/4 in. Chip to bird''s crest; rim of cover with typical flakes/chips; vase rim with a 3/4" chip ( and slight hairline radiating from the chip) and some minor glaze flaking; footrim with typical glaze flaking.
