Scottish Rosewood-crossbanded Mahogany Long Case Clock, mid 19th century, arched hood with three spire and ball finials above a gadrooned edge and circular glass door enclosing a painted face signed Chancellor, with seconds dial and two-train movement; mid-case with gadrooned corners and arched door; plinth base, ht. 82 1/4 in. Hood door a little ill-fitting in case and with a crack and loss to area right of 4 o''clock; some chipping around winding holes and a dime sized loss to spots underneath winding holes where bushings are present; works appear mostly complete.
