Federal Mahogany Carved and Inlaid Bowfront Chest of Drawers, northern coastal New England, c. 1810-15, the edge of the top, cockbeaded drawers and skirt all bordered by stringing and a maple band, the brass pulls appear to be original, old surface, (imperfections), ht. 40 1/4, wd. 45, dp. 24 in. chips to cockbeading; shrinkage crack on top; some banding missing from sides of top, and on the quarter-engaged legs.
