Willard, Ashby, and thirty-hour weight-driven wooden movement; the case resembling exotic wood inlaid rosettes, crossbanding and stringing, flanking simulated pilasters, (loss of height), ht. 82 1/2 in. Probably had cutout feet below the rectangular base; shrinkage crack; panel next to swan''s neck cresting cracked; minor paint loss, glass added over dial.
