Gustave Baumann (German/American, 1881-1971) Strangers from Hopiland. Signed "Gustave Baumann" in pencil and with hand-in-heart chop l.r., numbered "II 20 125" in pencil l.r., titled in pencil l.l. Color woodcut on oatmeal paper, image size 10 7/8 x 9 3/4 in. (27.5 x 24.7 cm), framed. Condition: Margins over 1 1/2 inches, several small fox marks, hinging tape near upper corners on the reverse. The sheet measures 17 x 13 1/2 in.
