Set of Ten George III Rococo-style Carved Mahogany Dining Chairs, comprising two armchairs and eight side chairs, each with serpentine cresting carved with leaftips, open splatwork of entwined strapwork and foliage, slip-seat and acanthus carved cabriole legs ending in scrolled toes, seat ht. 17, wd. 21, dp. 16 in. Overall very good; age typical minor scuffing, particularly to knees and feet; slightly dark color; carving B+.
