Tin Glazed Redware Warmer, Holland, 18th century, probably a wig dryer, deep brown/manganese ground, with two loop handles and removable cover, pierced at shoulders and with access well at base, ht. 21 1/2 in. Cover: 1" chip to button finial, 1" chip at a corner of the cover and another 1" chip to one side, some glaze flakes. Pot: 3/4" chip at top opening; sporatic typical flaking/chipping along handles, edges, raised band and along foot. 1 1/2" chip to footrim.
