Williams, Maker 98 Elm Street New-York," late 19th century, the rectangular box with hinged lid inlaid with a brass figure of a tiger below an arch of thirteen brass inlaid stars, the interior cover lined with satin and cut velvet fabric, maker's name embossed on interior leather straps, (minor veneer cracks), ht. 4 1/4, wd. 15 1/4, dp. 8 3/4 in. a couple unobtrusive veneer cracks on the top.
