Bannister-back Arm Chair, possibly Rhode Island, c. 1690-1710, the shaped cresting above five split balusters flanked by turned finials on bulbous vase and ring-turned stiles and downward sloping ring-turned arms with projecting mushroom turned handholds, continuing to vase and ring-turned frontal legs with swelled front and side stretchers, old surface, (restoration), ht. 44 1/2, seat ht. 16 in.
