Queen Anne Maple Carved Side Chair, Rhode Island, 1740-60, the shaped crest with C- scrolls accenting its termination as well as the yoke, above the pierced spooned splat and the similarly shaped stiles over the molded compass seat on frontal cabriole legs outlined with C- scrolls over flat-shaped reverse-curved stretchers which join the front pad feet and the rear squared chamfered legs, refinished, (imperfections), ht. 38 7/8, seat ht. 17 3/4 in.
