Chinese School, 20th century. "Horses Galloping in Snow", ink and pigment on wove paper, red seal mark to lower right corner, calligraphic inscription and two red seal marks to upper left corner. Horizontal ink painting depicting Asian wild horses (possibly "Przewalski's wild horse", also known as "Mongolian wild horse", and "takhi") galloping through snowy north Asian tundra, likely Mongolia, with large snowflakes falling from the sky above. Framed approximately 37.75" x 65". Sight approximately 32" x 59".
