Collection of two hand carved ebony wood figural sculptures comprising of one depicting a standing mother holding parcel on head, the other hand resting on on of her children's heads, child stabilizing base of container as other standing child holds long pole or stick form tool, back of mother with sack holding a resting baby; and another depicting a standing male holding diamond form shield in front of torso, spear at side. Both unmarked. Male warrior approximate height 19.8". Mother with children sculpture approximate height 19.1".
