Ayres type gliding rocking horse well loved and covered in animal hide, probably deer, having a single ear pricked forward (the other ear missing) and traces of horse hair mane, leather bridle with no reins, remnants of a leather saddle with single stirrup raised on a pine rocking stand with octagonal pillars and plank base and supports outlined with black paint stringing with circles. Apparently not marked. Approximate height 39" (to ear tip), width 54", depth 18".
