Ladies large modern oval shaped shell cameo with figural decoration on front of a courting couple seated on rocks amid plants and grasses, seated dog opposite man and woman, post and lintel walkway at right, sailboat on water in background, view of hills on opposite bank. Work signed lower right "D. Faulio", illegible signed on verso. Silver wire wrapped frame with C scroll accented below rounded necklace loop. Overall (including loop) measures approximately 3" x 2.9". Total weight approximately 18.8 grams.
