WILLIAM IV STERLING FIGURAL WINE EWER BY JOSEPH ANGELL & JOHN ANGELL, LONDON, 1837-38, H 14":Sterling silver ewer depicting a nautical scene at each side, figure of Neptune sits atop the hinged lid, rope handle and edging, pedestal foot with shell motif. Engraved coat of arms below the spout, including rampant lion. Hallmarks include a lion passant, uncrowned leopard, date letter B, and king's profile, along with maker's mark "JA/IA" (see additional photo). Measures H.14 1/8", W.6 1/2".
