Lucien Harris lii (American (Atlanta, Georgia), 1924-1996), collection of three ornithological works, "Little Snowy Egrets", "Little Blue Herons" and "Little Green Heron", gouache laid down on illustration board, all signed lower right. "Snowy White Egrets" comprised of two egrets perched on wooden branch, one at right has head tilted downward while the bird at left standing erect; "Little Blue Herons" resting on wooden branch resting in tip of water, ripples from water seen at base of tree branch, right blue heron is standing at attention and heron at left leaning down to clean underside of wing; "Little Green Heron" depicted in action on a beach approaching the water, head bent downward and eyes fixated on something out of sight. Inscribed label on verso of board with title and artist signature. "Snowy White Egret" framed approximately 33.2" x 28.2. Board size approximately 30" x 22". "Blue Herons" framed approximately 33.2" x 28.2". Board size approximately 30" x 22". "Little Green Herons" framed approximately 23" x 31.2". Board size approximately 21.25" x 30".
