Marinelli Foundry (Italian, founded 1905), mid 20th century. Italian bronze fountain head cast as a cherub or putto with wavy hair framing the face, the rotund cheeks with lips pursed to blow out the water, with spout between lips. Inscribed in the bronze at the base of neck 'Fuse Marinelli Firenze'. Approximate height 15", width 11.75".
