CROSBY & GORHAM FLATWARE GROUPING, 12.44 TRZ, FIVE ITEMS, L 6 1/2"-11 1/2":Including 1 sauce ladle stamped "Fiske-Goddard Pure Coin"; 1 fish fork stamped " Sterling L (script)"; 1 fish knife, American 1854-1861, stamped "Patent 1855 Coin S.T. Crosby" and depicts a scene, on the front of the blade, of two people in a row boat; 1 sugar shell, American 1854-1861, stamped "S.T. Crosby" and monogrammed "MPB" on the underside of the handle's tip and 1 Gorham "Raphael (c. 1875)" pattern tablespoon stamped on the reverse of the handle with maker's trademarks (lion, anchor, G in Gothic style), "Sterling Pat. .74" and monogrammed "P.L Haynes" on the underside of the handle and "H" at the tip on the front. Provenance, the Haynes Family of Springfield, Massachusetts, by descent to a Jackson, Mich. collector.
