ENGLISH OAK CUPBOARD, C. 1900, H 95", W 51 1/4", D 23":Having a simply carved cornice above the frieze which is adorned by a centrally placed carved mask of a beast. The upper and lower portions consist of spiral form columns flanking 2 large doors. The lower doors each have a centrally placed carving, one having a fish motif and the other having a bird motif. The cupboard ends on bun feet. (rev.20070911)
