English oak carved slant front bureau carved in high relief, the slant front carved with guilloche and foliate gadrooning opening to an interior fitted with burl inlaid writing surface, 7 cubby holes and 5 small drawers and a central sliding top with secret compartment over 3 graduated drawers with highly carved facades, the whole on bracket feet. Height 40.5", width 36.5", depth 21.8".
