RUSSIAN SILVER SUGAR TONGS, KALUGA, LATE 19TH CENTURY, TWO, L 5" & 6":Including 1 sugar tongs with ribbed sides, stamped at the interior with indecipherable maker's mark in Cyrillic, assayer's mark with 1888 date, "84", and Kaluga city mark (crown with cross), L. 5" (small nick to the rim of one bowl); and 1 with engraved script monogram at one side, gilt interior, stamped with kokoshnik "84", probably Moscow, and Cyrillic maker's mark, L.6". Weighing 0.85 and 1.77 troy oz., respectively.
