Purchased by the consignor's father directly form the artist, Sept. 1956. Includes a booklet by Empie entitled, "Way Out West", published for Art Gallery Drug, Duncan, AZ, with the booklet including a signed portrait drawing dated 3/8/'65 on the inside of the back cover. The shipping information from the artist - a signed Sept. 1956 typed copy is also included. See the additional photos.
