ELGIN 14 KT YELLOW GOLD POCKET WATCH, C. 1880'S, W 1 1/2":Having an enamel face that is clad with black Roman numerals and "Elgin". The interior of the case is stamped with its serial number "466287" in three places as well as "Warranted 14K U.S. Assay B.W.C. Co.". The works are stamped with the serial number "2708283 Safety Pinion" and engraved "Elgin Nat.l Watch Co". The exterior of the case is engraved, see photo.
