BIRD'S EYE MAPLE CLAD BOX, H 9", W 4", L 8":The item is predominately of bird's eye maple, but is trimmed in ebonized wood; the interior is divided into two compartments. The top is decorated with a piece of wood in the form of a branch which has two painted wood figures of pheasants, one male and one female, perched on top of it. No apparent markings.
