U. S., NON REGULATION, CAVALRY SABER, L 35" BLADE: The guard is steel, 35'' blade is marked "N" on the right side of the blade near the grip and "U S" on the left side of the blade near the grip. It is also stamped "J Q(?)" on the drag of the scabbard. Leather grip wound with steel wire and leather washer still intact.
