Two Thomas Cook (British, 1744–1818) engravings after William Hogarth's (British, 1697-1764) noted Four Times of the Day series comprising of "Evening" and "Night". Each satirical image with figural scene in outdoor setting above title and other designations in lower margin. Framed 25" x 19". Sight size 19.5" x 15.25". Note: "Night" is considered to be the most tumultuous of the series as it depicts urban vices including misery, violence, and turmoil.
