ANDREW JACKSON U. S. LAND GRANT, AND ETCHING, 1831, 2 PCS.:Includes a Andrew Jackson Land grant to a Jacob Rupel dated June 1, 1831. Appears to be signed by a secretary of Jackson. Federal seal attached in lower left corner with remnants of original red color. J.R. Mather Esq. mentioned in the etching of the said property in Elkhart Indiana, is a direct descendent to the Jacob Rupel mentioned in the land grant. The deceased spouse of the consigner is also a direct descendent of the gentlemen mentioned in the land grant and on the etching and was raised in this residence depicted in the etching. The etching measures 6" x 8", framed and matted under glass.
